Achieving maximum factor productivity and creating maximum stakeholder wealth through ethical investing and entrepreneurial intellectual capacity building is the fundamental mission of the company, which had a humble beginning in 1999.

The company primarily involved in hydro power generation during the inception, steadily grew to a strong and vibrant diversified conglomerate in Sri Lanka, having its footprints in many parts of the world. The group now comprises of 18 companies and employs around 850 direct and over 2000 indirect staff, with few strategic investments, with overall Turn Over of LKR 2.247 billion per annum.

The key strengths of the company are capable and multi-talented human resources lead by experienced and innovative leader, Dr. Nishantha Nanayakkara, together with all stakeholders in the value chain. The company strongly believes in triple bottom line philosophy –People, Profit and Planet, serving the society with numerous CSR activities from the return on investments, and with 614,200 tons of CO2 offset to the globe (carbon credit), caring the planet, we live.
